I always feel well cared for. In my experience all the doctors are good and helpful. I would not want to be with another surgery. The receptionists are mostly very helpful. I have occasionally felt rather interrogated when speaking with a receptionist but that is probably due to personality and possibly making assumptions about what I do or don't need when I call. Other than that everyone is very helpful.

There is a really good set up for getting appointments at Channel View Surgery. You phone up and are called back asap by a GP who decides whether they can deal with your problem over the phone or will give you an appointment for that day. Nothing could work better than that system of that I'm sure.

There are several receptionists - all but one are excellent - one of them needs "training"
